-It has a hot water tank that uses the engine to heat. pressure water to both galley and head sinks, outdoor and indoor showers, 2000 watt inverter and a total battery bank of 490 amp hrs for the house, separate starter battery all properly isolated, VHF with AIS, Autopilot, 12v refrigeration, 3 staterooms with fully closing doors and capacity to sleep 9, 2 blade folding prop, custom sugar scoop swim platform in transom with swim ladder, main sail is less than one year old (Ullman racing dacron, 5 battens), genoa is 2 yrs old, carbon laminate racing sail, all running rigging is dyneema, workable #1 genoa kevlar heavy and separate medium genoa, #2 genoa, LED lighting .
